We get this question a lot. VetCart is completely free to all Australian veterinary organisations, with no hidden costs or obligations whatsoever. We take pride in the fact that we can offer VetCart to all independently owned veterinary practices and non-profits at no cost.

So how does VetCart fund its operations and keep it free? VetCart does charge manufacturers to sell items and process payments directly on VetCart and charges them a fee for that service. VetCart also offers some very unobtrusive promotions and advertising services on behalf of manufacturers.

All of these organisations pay for VetCart so that practices don't have to. VetCart's core service will be free forever to veterinary organisations, and your data will remain completely private forever too. We hope you find VetCart to be an asset to your practice.

VetCart is neither a distributor nor a buying group. We don't buy and resell products, and we don't negotiate deals on behalf of our members. VetCart is a purchasing platform that helps clinics order smarter and easier from the suppliers they already use.
